We are expert in grinding and polishing for various types of crank shaft. We are also providing onsite or insitu grinding services to our clients around the world.
Every crankshaft is checked and inspected to ensure it is suitable for re-use or repair. We have a machine shop to handle the wide range of machine and instruments required for repairing and servicing.
The goal is to achieve dimensional accuracy and super surface finish in the crankshaft through grinding and polishing. The NDT testing is performed prior to and after grinding and polishing to obtain. We maintain all the tolerances as specified by the manufacturer’s specifications.
